Ingredients:
- 1 Lion’s Mane mushroom (torn into bite-sized pieces)
 - 1/2 cup flour
 - 1/2 cup water
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 tsp paprika, salt, pepper
 - Oil for frying
 
Steps:
- Mix flour & water into a batter.
 - Dip mushroom pieces in batter, coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Fry until golden (about 3-4 mins).
 - Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
