Crispy Lion’s Mane Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lion’s Mane mushroom (torn into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika, salt, pepper
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Mix flour & water into a batter.
  2. Dip mushroom pieces in batter, coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry until golden (about 3-4 mins).
  4. Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
