Ingredients:
- 2–3 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
 - 1 tsp chili paste or sriracha (adjust to taste)
 - 1 tsp sugar or honey
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Green onions, sliced for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
 - Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
 - Toss in mushrooms and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender.
 - Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Stir until mushrooms are coated in sauce.
 - Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice or noodles.
