Spicy Stir-Fried King Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 1 tsp chili paste or sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in mushrooms and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, and sugar. Stir until mushrooms are coated in sauce.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice or noodles.
