Refund & Return Policy – Fresh Mushrooms

At Raw Urth, we stand behind the quality and freshness of every harvest.

We accept refund or replacement requests only in cases where the product arrives damaged or spoiled. To be eligible:

    You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.

Once approved, you may choose:

    A refund, which will be processed using the original payment method, or

    A replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g. change of mind, taste preference, storage mishandling after delivery).

Your satisfaction and wellness are our priority—and so is preserving the integrity of our fungi.
