Shiitake Teriyaki Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

Shiitake slices

Soy sauce

Honey

Garlic

Ginger

Sesame oil

Spring onion

Method:

Sauté shiitake until browned.

Add garlic + ginger.

Add sauce: soy, mirin/honey, a few drops sesame oil.

Reduce until glazed.

Top with chopped spring onion.

Serve with: Rice or noodles.
