Ingredients
Shiitake caps
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Method
Toss shiitake with oil, salt, pepper.
Roast at 200°C for 15–20 min.
Mix balsamic + honey → drizzle over mushrooms.
Roast 2 more minutes.
Serve with: Steak, chicken, or salads.
