King Oyster “Scallops” in Garlic Lemon Butter

Ingredients:

King oyster stems cut into thick medallions

Butter

Garlic

Lemon

Salt

Pepper

Method:

Score tops of medallions.

Sear in butter until golden.

Add garlic; cook 1 min.

Finish with lemon juice + pepper.

Serve with: Pasta or mashed potatoes.
