Garlic Butter Shiitake Bites

Ingredients:

Shiitake Caps (Whole)

Butter

Olive oil

Garlic

Salt

Black Pepper

Parsley

Method:

Heat butter + splash of olive oil.

Add whole shiitake caps;

Sauté 3–4 min.

Add minced garlic;

Cook 1 min.

Season with salt + pepper.

Finish with chopped parsley.

Serve with: Toast, steak, or as a side.
